Delivery Time
Delivery within the UAE takes 1–3 business days, while international shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping Cost
Delivery within the UAE costs AED 25, while international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number, along with email updates at every stage of processing and shipping until delivery.
Packaging & Protection
All orders are carefully packaged using high-quality packaging materials to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

Placing an Order
Shopping with PROTES is quick and easy. Select your products, choose the size and quantity, then complete your order by entering shipping details and selecting your payment method.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your order details, order number, and estimated delivery time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared within 24 hours, and shipping is handled seven days a week.
Order Modifications
To modify your order, such as changing the address, size, or product, please contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been shipped, no modifications can be made.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. After shipping, returns can be requested according to the return policy.
Return Policy
Returns are easy because your satisfaction is our priority.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with packaging and tags.
Return Process
The return process is simple and easy. Just contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
