Placing an Order

Shopping with Protes is quick and simple. Browse our collection, select your desired products, choose the correct size and quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and select your preferred payment method to complete the order.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation containing your order details, invoice, and estimated delivery time. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed after working hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your address, changing a size, or swapping a product, please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of being placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you can follow our return process after delivery to request a refund.
