Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

Returning your item is simple. Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp to request a return authorization. Once approved, you can either ship the product back to us or drop it off at our store/warehouse. Please ensure you include the original invoice or order confirmation with your return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer hassle-free exchanges on eligible products. Simply follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as undergarments, socks, and personal fitness accessories are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
